The Vermont Healthy Workplace Advocates is a volunteer group of citizen lobbyists working to introduce and pass anti-bullying legislation to protect Vermont workers. We are part of a national network of grassroots lobbyists led by the Workplace Bullying Institute Legislative Campaign.

The Healthy Workplace Bill's history in Vermont ...

In 2007, Vermont became the 13th state in the U.S. to introduce the Healthy Workplace Bill. The first state bill was H 548. sponsored by former Rep. Leo Valliere. In 2008 Sen. Ann Cummings introduced the companion bill S 312. In 2009 Sen. Ann Cummings introduced S 87.
